Syndey Tencate led the Hardin-Simmons cross country team with a seventh place overall finish at the 6K University of Dallas Invitational on Saturday in Irving.

Sydney Tencate placed fourth at the ASC Preview meet in Austin running a 24:26 over the 6K course and the Cowgirls placed fourth overall in the meet at Balcones Country Club.

Sydney Tencate won the Hardin-Simmons Cross Country Invitational on Friday evening at Nelson Park as she tied her own school record with a 19:36 5K.
