The UT Tyler men's and women's cross country teams headed east to the Blues Capital of the World to take on numerous top teams at the Rhodes College Invitational on Saturday. Carly Kitts set a new women's record with her time in the 6K race.

UT Tyler men's cross country senior Nicklas Huff has been named the ASC Male Runner of the Week after winning the UT Tyler Twilight Invitational on Friday evening. Huff helped lead the Patriots to a first-place overall team finish.

The UT Tyler men's cross country team won a close race at the UT Tyler Invitational, winning the home-race for the second-straight year. Senior Nick Huff won the race, chasing down two racers in the home-stretch to help bring home the win.
