The SMU women's cross country team came in 13th place out of 21 teams at the Joe Piane Notre Dame invitational today at the Notre Dame Golf Course. Senior Shanoah Souza was the top individual finisher for the Mustangs, running the 5K course in a time of 17:20.1 and coming in 42nd place out of 171 runners. Top ranked New Mexico won the event followed by No. 14 NC State, No. 20 Notre Dame and No. 22 Vanderbilt.
