The SMU women’s cross country team will head to Notre Dame, Indiana, to compete in the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational this Friday at the Notre Dame Golf Course.The Mustangs will be a part of a 24 team field, the largest field SMU has seen all season and of those 24 teams, 23 of them are ranked in their region and four teams (N.C. State, New Mexico, Notre Dame and Vanderbilt) are ranked nationally in the USTFCCCA top 30 with New Mexico being the top ranked team in the country.
